The evolutionary purpose

The Teal organizations have been defined by Frederic Laloux, an expert on Organizational and Leadership Development, in his book "Reinventing Organizations", as a new evolutionary stage in human organizations.




The Teal organizations

The "Teal" organizations that today are spreading in the business landscape find their fundamental principles in the decentralization of structure and in overcoming the traditional hierarchies and control systems, replacing these with self-governing teams. People’s roles are not fixed but become fluid and are self-determined, as do goals. Another feature of Teal organizations is the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and needs.




The Teal paradigm

The "Teal" paradigm is now applied in companies of all sizes and sectors, both profit and non-profit, all over the world and represents an answer to the great challenges that humanity is facing at the beginning of this millennium. The economic crisis, global warming, migration are problems that we have inherited from the past and for which we require a new vision of the world. A revolution must first take place internally, before becoming concrete outside in organizations capable of resolving the problems of humanity and producing real progress.
