How does Fox in a Day work? 

Being able to utilise resources without incurring extra costs needs perfect understanding and optimisation of business processes. If this concept failed, the effect would be like a dog biting its own tail. Luckily, there is a solution: the Fox in a Day workshop, which takes one day max, will enable you to identify the real problems in your business and find relevant solutions in two simple steps, without upsetting already well-established processes. 

Step 1: Discover & Define 

The first workshop session is dedicated to problem solving, or more specifically, discovering and defining problems within the business. This is done through an exercise called Empathy Maps: in this phase, the facilitator will gather problems perceived by the participants and will identify the most important and pressing problems. Following this, the facilitator, with the help of a representative, will transform these problems into a series of open-ended questions for the participants.

Step 2: Develop & Deliver

The second workshop section concentrates on the concepts of Developing and Delivering. In this phase, participants will start thinking of a solution to problems identified in the first step, as individuals at first, then joining up various solutions from the team. These ideas will then be summarised into just two proposals, which will be evaluated, taking into consideration the level of difficulty of their implementation and the potential impact that they could have. 

At the end of the day, the Foxwin method will have generated a specific improvement project ready for implementation.

Fox in a Day is a workshop mainly aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises which have a team of people eager to improve the company's problems and to achieve their goals through innovative solutions. To ensure optimal results and an active participation of all, the team must consist of a maximum of 12 people.
