Often, we hear of public administration being unable to keep up with the times. Often, civil servants are branded as under-performers, truants, or even swindlers. Often, they are considered incapable or worse, unwilling to keep public best interest at heart. Often, we are wrong. We believe that in every organisation, the real added value is people. And this is plain to see at the Municipality of Bergamo. Thanks to people, specifically the public administration workers and thanks to an administration believing in their potential, the municipality saved nearly 50,000 euros in one year. It only took a few good ideas to optimise processes, make employees happy and clients satisfied. A win for everyone. It is a story which deserves to be told as it is based on the same principles on which we founded our own business. Well done.
